The initial public offering of Tracxn Technologies, a Bengaluru-based market data startup, was subscribed 81% by 12 pm on Wednesday. Investors have bought 1.72 crore equity shares against 2.12 crore on offer, so far, with retail investors buying 3.24 times the allotted size and non-institutional investors subscribing 38%. Qualified institutional investors have bought 22% shares allotted to them.
