The trailer for actress Meg Ryan's directorial venture 'Ithaca' has been released. The film, which is based on William Saroyan's 1943 novel 'The Human Comedy', stars Meg Ryan and Alex Neustaedter while Tom Hanks appears in a cameo. 'Ithaca' will reunite Hanks and Ryan onscreen eighteen years after their 1998 film 'You've Got Mail'. It will release on September 9.
