Zahad and Ziya, a transgender couple from Kerala whose pregnancy photoshoot went viral, were blessed with a baby at a state-run hospital on Wednesday. The child was fathered by Zahad, reportedly the first trans man to get pregnant through conception in India. The baby and Zahad are doing well, Ziya said, without revealing the gender identity of the newborn.
