Uttar Pradesh-based transformer manufacturer Kanohar Electricals has filed draft papers with SEBI to raise funds through an IPO for funding its capital expenditure and working capital requirements. The company plans to raise ₹300 crore via a fresh issue of shares, while promoter K Sons Family Trust will sell up to 1.45 crore shares through an offer for sale (OFS).
