Tremors of the blast at Ordnance Factory in MP's Jabalpur which killed two people were felt till a five-kilometre distance around the factory. This prompted many to rush out of their homes, Indian Express reported. The factory management has launched an investigation into the incident which is believed to be caused by a malfunction in a hydraulic system, officials said.
