A dating trend is emerging in China wherein people use AI to generate a replica of their former partners to cope with break-ups, South China Morning Post reported. It originated from an open-source project called Colleague.skill, used to generate AI skill packages from everyday communications, documents, etc. People began using it for personal relationships by uploading chats, social media, etc.
