Parents of Ariha Shah, a 2-year-old Indian toddler who has been detained by German authorities, said they aren't receiving a fair trial to present their case to regain their daughter's custody. Ariha, who has been in German foster care for 19 months, was taken away after German authorities alleged she was sexually assaulted. The claim was denied by her parents.
