The NCRTC conducted a trial run up to Modipuram, the last station of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS, which makes it the first time a Namo Bharat train was run through Meerut's underground section. The Delhi-Ghaziabad RRTS Corridor spans 55 km through 11 stations and is operational between New Ashok Nagar and Meerut South.
