Stability AI's Co-founder has sued the AI startup and its CEO Emad Mostaque claiming he was tricked into selling his 15% stake for just $100. Mostaque convinced Cyrus Hodes that his shares were "worthless" just months before Stability AI raised over $100 million at $1 billion valuation, the lawsuit said. Hodes' 15% stake would have been currently worth $150 million.
