The Border Roads Organisation (BRO) on Sunday hoisted the tricolour flag at Umling La in Ladakh, which is the world's highest motorable road, on the occasion of India's 75th Independence Day. Pictures have surfaced showing the tricolour next to the BRO flag hoisted at the pass located at a height of 19,300 feet.
