Tripura CM Manik Saha revealed plans to start heart and liver transplants at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC) and GB Pant Hospital, in collaboration with AIIMS and Mohan Foundation. The state also aims to launch super-specialty courses, expand MBBS seats, and improve hospital infrastructure and telemedicine access.
