Santana Chakma, Tripura's Minister for Social Welfare and Social Education, has denied the allegations against Tripura Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Manoj Kanti Deb groping her during a rally of PM Narendra Modi last week. The allegations were levelled against Deb after a video showed him allegedly touching Chakma's waist. The BJP has dismissed the allegations as "character assassination".
