Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd (TRSL) secured a ₹312.69 crore Ministry of Railways order for 780 BVCM-C wagons, to be completed in nine months. TRSL will raise ₹200 crore via preferential warrants at ₹945 each to fund expansion. It also acquired 40 acres in West Bengal's Uttarpara for ₹126.63 crore to boost production and metro coach testing capacity.
