Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi said during his bail plea hearing in the Supreme Court that "Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution trump Section 45 PMLA". In apparent reference to ex-US President and Republican candidate Donald Trump, he said, "Trump is a dangerous word nowadays." Kejriwal has challenged his arrest by CBI in liquor policy case.
