US President Donald Trump has "quietly' approved a 28-point peace plan to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict, according to the Financial Times. The plan envisions Ukraine ceding eastern Donbas to Russia, abandoning key categories of weaponry and cutting its armed forces size by half, according to the report. It would also urge Ukraine to recognise Russian as an official state language.
