New York’s Guggenheim Museum turned down a request from the White House to borrow a painting by painter Vincent Van Gogh, instead offering an 18-karat gold toilet "should the President and First Lady have any interest in installing it in the White House". The artwork is a fully-functional toilet called 'America' that has been used by over 1 lakh people.
