US President Donald Trump was seen arguing with Federal Reserve chief Jerome Powell over rising renovation cost of central bank's Washington headquarters. Powell nodded in disagreement after Trump claimed the renovation cost rose from $2.7 billion to $3.1 billion. After Trump handed a letter to Powell, the latter claimed Trump added an already renovated building to the total cost.
