US President-elect Donald Trump has appointed retired Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg as special envoy to Ukraine and Russia amid the war. The 80-year-old served as National Security Advisor to then-Vice President Mike Pence during Trump's first term. "Keith has led a distinguished military and business career...He was with me right from the beginning," Trump said.
