US President Donald Trump has appointed US Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy as NASA's new interim administrator. "He (Sean) will be a fantastic leader...even if only for a short period of time," Trump posted on Truth Social. Trump earlier withdrew the nomination of Elon Musk's ally Jared Isaacman as NASA chief. "Honoured to accept this mission," Duffy said.
