US President Donald Trump declined to call his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a "dictator", despite having described Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in those terms last week. "I don't use those words lightly," Trump told reporters after being asked whether he considered Putin a dictator. Trump had criticised Zelenskyy for not holding elections in Ukraine, which is under martial law.
