Donald Trump has responded after an advisor of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei threatened to kill the US President at his Mar-a-Lago estate while "he is sunbathing". Trump said he doesn't sunbathe, adding, "Yeah, I guess it's a threat. I'm not sure it's a threat actually, but perhaps it is."
