Donald Trump's $10-billion defamation lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal and its owner Rupert Murdoch, over reporting on his ties to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has been dismissed. The judge ruled that Trump failed to plausibly allege that WSJ acted with "actual malice". The case was over an article claiming Trump's signature was on a 2003 birthday greeting for Epstein.
