Meta has appointed Dina Powell McCormick, who served as Deputy National Security Adviser to US President Donald Trump in his first term, as its President and Vice Chairman. Congratulating McCormick, Trump said she is a "fantastic and very talented person" who served his administration with "strength and distinction". "A great choice by Mark [Zuckerberg]," he added.
