A US judge ruled that Donald Trump administration's policy that refuses to issue passports reflecting transgender and nonbinary Americans' gender identities is likely unconstitutional. The judge ordered the State Department to allow six plaintiffs to obtain passports matching their gender identities. Trump had signed an executive order recognising only two biological sexes - male and female.
