Trump signs order preventing future presidents from changing Oval Office

US President Donald Trump signed a proclamation declaring the Oval Office a "national monument", aiming to prevent future presidents from making major modifications. "If they want to say 'let's not have Oval anymore...let's make it square,'...they have to go back to Congress," Trump said. "It'll not be allowed to be touched by anybody [or] destroyed...by stupid people," he added.
