US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose national emergency in Washington DC. Trump said he was informed by Washington DC's mayor that the Metropolitan Police Department will no longer cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement in "removing dangerous, illegal aliens." The US President warned that if this is allowed then "crime would come roaring back" to the city.
