A Tata Trusts' trustee sent an email to others, which is being seen as veiled threat to remove Venu Srinivasan from Tata Sons' board similar to Vijay Singh, ET reported. The email comes amid a standoff among trustees over ex-Defence Secretary Singh's removal from board. It's being seen as "move to hijack Tata Sons and wrest control", an official said.
