TSMC plans to begin mass production of its advanced A14 semiconductor technology in 2028. The new process promises higher performance, lower power consumption and greater transistor density, making it ideal for AI processors, flagship smartphones and high-performance computing chips while further strengthening TSMC's leadership in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
