A workshop was held in Tura, West Garo Hills, aimed to revive Comilla Cotton through modern cultivation techniques. Over 60 farmers attended the event organised by the District Agriculture Office under the State's cotton revival scheme. Officials stressed scientific farming, pest control, and economic potential, calling the crop key to both cultural preservation and rural livelihoods.
