Turkey has offered to mediate in Bosnian crisis to ensure "unity and stability" in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar has said. Akar's remarks come amid concerns of secession as Serb lawmakers voted to pull their autonomous Serb Republic out of Bosnia's armed forces, tax system and judiciary earlier this month. Turkey said the vote threatened regional stability.
