Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Thursday, Turkey's monthly minimum wage will be 8,500 lira ($455) in 2023. This will be a 55% increase from the level determined in July and a 100% hike from January. He also said minimum wage may be increased again throughout the year. He also said the employer and employee unions couldn't reach an agreement.
