Police have arrested 4 men, including a hotel owner, for killing a woman whose body was found in UP's Mawana on February 21. The victim was identified as Muhabbat, native of Turkmenistan who was living in India under false identity. After a dispute over money, the accused smothered her, burned her face to hide her identity, and dumped the body.
