Supreme Court has taken suo motu cognisance of the death case of Noida resident Twisha Sharma. The matter is scheduled to be heard on May 25 by a bench led by CJI Surya Kant. The case has been listed under the title 'Alleged institutional bias and procedural discrepancies in the unnatural death of a young girl at her matrimonial home'.
