Twitter CEO Elon Musk has instructed employees to not pay vendors while it has failed to pay rent for its San Francisco headquarters and global offices for weeks in anticipation of potential lawsuits, The New York Times reported. According to the report, Musk's team is also considering the possibility of not paying severance packages to fired employees.
