Twitter has been in talks since the beginning of this year to buy personalised news aggregator app Flipboard, according to a report by a tech blog. Twitter is likely to be interested in Flipboard for it's curated content, the blog said. Flipboard recently bought a direct competitor, Zite, a site with personalized curation tools.
