Twitter hasn't fully implemented Elon Musk's announcement that legacy verified accounts' blue ticks will be removed from April 1. However, it has updated definition of verified accounts, making it impossible to distinguish between legacy and paid blue ticks. The description for both now reads, "This account is verified because it's subscribed to Twitter Blue or is a legacy verified account."
