Twitter staff and their former colleagues have started calling CEO Elon Musk's team of advisors "Elon's goons" following his $44-billion takeover of Twitter, The New York Times reported. Many of the staff have reportedly stopped using Twitter's internal Slack channels to discuss work issues, owing to distrust towards Musk. Staff has also reportedly been asked to work 12-hour shifts.
