Twitter will no longer automatically refresh users' timelines on the web and will allow them to decide when they want to load new tweets. Twitter had earlier acknowledged that tweets often disappear while users are still reading them as timelines automatically refresh. Users will be able to load new tweets by clicking on the tweet counter bar on the timelines.
