A Twitter user claiming to be a doctor took a dig at actor R Madhavan, saying it's disheartening to see Madhavan "ruining his brilliant career, health and life over alcohol and drugs". The user added Madhavan's face and eyes indicate he's an addict. Madhavan replied, "So that’s your diagnosis? I'm worried for your patients. Maybe you need doctor's appointment."
