Two coaches of the Tejas Express traveling from Bhubaneswar to Delhi derailed near Ghaziabad railway station, resulting in minor injuries to some passengers. Fortunately, the train was decelerating as it approached the station, averting a potentially major accident. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.
