Vineet Rao, CEO, and Sankar Bora, COO of Dealshare, both co-founders, have left the company amid a period of job reductions, significant restructuring, and heightened investor scrutiny. Since July, Rao has not been active in his CEO role, and the board has been seeking a replacement and may backfill the position by the end of the year.
