Two women stabbed in suspected terror incident in Switzerland

A 28-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly stabbing two women on Tuesday at a department store in Lugano, Switzerland. One victim sustained serious but non life-threatening injuries in what federal prosecutors called a suspected terror attack. Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz condemned the attack and vowed to work with Switzerland in a "joint response to Islamist terrorism in Europe".
