Typhoon 'Doksuri' with wind speed of up to 175 kilometres per hour made landfall in northern Philippines on Wednesday, causing rivers to overflow and leaving thousands without power. More than 4,000 people were stranded at various ports across the country after sea travel was suspended. Doksuri is the fifth storm to hit the Southeast Asian nation this year.
