Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that over 25,000 women in Chamoli have become Lakhpati Didis, while more than 42,000 have been linked to self-help groups. Praising CM Dhami, Congress MLA Lakhpat Singh Butola said Opposition legislators are often accused of being neglected but claimed that the maximum development work had been carried out in his constituency.
