The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has expelled thousands of Pakistani workers since mid-April as the rift between the two nations continues to widen, the New York Times reported. Earlier, the UAE asked Pakistan to repay the entire $3.5 billion debt owed to it within a month. UAE is apparently upset as Pakistan hasn't condemned Iranian strikes on UAE more forcefully.
