UAE police installed the cardboard cutout of a police car on a highway in Umm al-Quwain to deter drivers from speeding, according to reports. The fake police car was in place for a few days before it was removed. Indian sales engineer Mohamed Rihan said, "When I passed by I was surprised to find a car-shaped board... with blinking lights."
