The UAE's 'Golden Visa' rules have been eased for Indians and Bangladeshis, allowing applicants to also be nominated and approved based on potential contribution to UAE's culture, trade, science, finance, startups, professional services among other things. Indians can get long-term residency in the UAE by paying a fee of AED 1,00,000 (around ₹23 lakh).
