The UAE government will be changing 40 laws, which together represent the "largest legal reform" in the country's history, state news agency WAM reported. One of the changes, which are across multiple sections, includes the decriminalisation of consensual sexual relations before marriage. The report didn't mention which of the laws were new or previously announced, according to Reuters.
