Uber Co-founder appoints two Directors to startup's board

Cab-hailing startup Uber's Co-founder Travis Kalanick on Friday appointed two Directors to the startup's board. He has appointed former Xerox Corporation CEO Ursula Burns and former Merrill Lynch CEO John Thain. Kalanick in a statement said he is appointing the seats in light of recent Board proposal to restructure the board and "significantly" alter the company's voting rights.
