Uber Co-founder and former CEO Travis Kalanick has sold his entire holdings in the ride-hailing giant worth over $3 billion since November, filings revealed. Notably, Uber on Tuesday announced Kalanick's resignation from the board, effective December 31. Kalanick was ousted as Uber CEO in 2017 over lawsuits pertaining to promoting a company culture of sexual harassment and discrimination.
